William Benman has over 45 years of experience in all aspects of the intellectual property field, including litigation, preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, client counseling regarding trade secrets, licensing, computer law, and venture development. Bill received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University in 1974 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan in 1977. Bill is a member of the bar associations of California and Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent Office as a registered patent attorney. Bill has served and continues to serve on several Boards of Directors. Bill is a member of Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu Engineering Honor Societies.
